First, the material description:

The wooden sound-absorbing panels adopt advanced technology at home and abroad, use the latest acoustic theory, have obvious acoustic effects, are simple and convenient to install, meet environmental protection requirements, and have been widely used in domestic new building decoration projects.

1. The wooden sound absorbing panel is composed of a veneer, a core material and a sound absorbing felt. The core material is 16mm or 18mm thick imported MDF sheet. The front side of the core material is covered with a veneer, and the back side of the core material is affixed to the German Freudenberg black sound-absorbing felt. According to the customer's requirements, the veneer has a variety of solid wood veneers, imported paint finishes, painted finishes and other finishes.

2. The keel covered by the keel (1) sound absorbing panel must be installed according to the requirements of the design drawing or construction drawing, and the keel should be leveled. The surface of the keel should be smooth, smooth, free from rust and deformation.
(2) The structural wall shall be pre-constructed according to the building code, and the layout of the keel shall be adapted to the arrangement of the sound absorbing panels. The distance between the wooden keels should be less than 300mm, and the distance between the light steel keels should be no more than 400mm. The installation of the keel should be perpendicular to the length of the sound absorbing panel.
(3) The distance from the surface of the wooden keel to the base layer is generally 50 mm according to specific requirements. The flatness and verticality of the wood keel shall not exceed 0.5mm.
(4) If fillers are needed in the keel gap, they should be installed and treated according to the design requirements, and ensure that the installation of the sound absorbing panels is not affected.

Second, the installation:

1. Measure the wall size, confirm the installation position, determine the horizontal line and vertical line, and determine the cut-out reserved size of the wire socket, pipe and other objects.

2. Calculate and cut off some sound-absorbing panels according to the actual size of the construction site (symmetric requirements on the opposite surface, especially pay attention to cut the size of some sound-absorbing panels to ensure the symmetry of the two sides) and lines (edge ​​lines, outer corner lines, connections) Line), and reserved for the wire socket, pipe and other objects.

3. Install the sound absorbing panel:

(1) The order in which the sound absorbing panels are installed follows the principle from left to right and from bottom to top.
(2) When the sound absorbing panel is installed laterally, the notch faces upward; when installed vertically, the notch is on the right side.
(3) Some solid wood sound absorbing panels have requirements for the pattern, and each façade should be installed from small to large according to the number prepared in advance on the sound absorbing panel. (The number of sound absorbing panels follows from left to right, bottom to top, and numbers from small to large)

4. Fixing the sound absorbing panel on the keel:
(1) Wood keel: Fix the sound absorbing plate on the keel with nails installed along the tongue and groove at the tongue and groove. The nail must be embedded in the wooden keel more than 2/3, and the nail should be evenly arranged. At a certain density, the number of nails attached to each sound absorbing plate and each keel is not less than 10.
(2) Light steel keel: The sound-absorbing plate is installed horizontally with special mounting accessories, the notch is facing upwards and installed with mounting accessories, and each sound-absorbing plate is connected in turn. The sound absorbing panel is installed vertically and the notch is on the right side. It is installed in the same way from the left. At the end of the two sound absorbing panels, a gap of not less than 3 mm should be left.

5. When there is a requirement for the sound-absorbing panel to be trimmed, it can be edged by the line numbered 580, and the edge is fixed with screws. For the right side and upper side of the edge line, it is reserved for lateral expansion for 1.5mm, and can be sealed with silicone.

6. There are two ways to install the sound absorbing panels at the corners, and they can be fixed or fixed with 588 lines.

(1) Interior corner (yin angle), densely stitched; fixed with 588 lines;

(2) The outer corner (positive angle), densely stitched; fixed with 588 lines.

7. Inspection holes and other construction problems (1) When the inspection holes are on the same plane, the other surfaces of the inspection hole cover except the wooden edge shall be decorated with sound-absorbing panels; the sound-absorbing panels on the wall shall not be closed at the inspection holes. Just need to be flush with the edge of the manhole.
(2) If the position of the manhole is perpendicular to the wall surface of the sound absorbing panel, the position of the manhole should be changed to ensure the construction conditions of the sound absorbing panel.
(3) If other construction problems (such as wire sockets, etc.) are encountered during installation, the connection method should be in accordance with the requirements of the designer or follow the instructions of the on-site technicians. For other special circumstances of the construction site, please communicate with our technical staff in advance.

8. Installation of sound absorbing panels at the entrances such as doors and windows.

Third, note:

1. Paint color difference (1) The sound absorption board of the solid wood finish has a color difference, which is a natural phenomenon.
(2) There may be a color difference between the paint finish of the sound absorbing panel and the hand paint on other parts of the installation site. In order to keep the color of the paint consistent, it is recommended to adjust the hand-paint color of other parts of the installation site according to the pre-painted color of the sound-absorbing panel after the installation of the sound-absorbing panel; or provide the solid-wood finish sound-absorbing board without pre-painting by our company in advance. .

2, wooden sound-absorbing panels must be sealed and protected from moisture in non-installed environments.

Fourth, quality assurance:

The technical and quality indicators of wooden sound-absorbing panels conform to national standards. The warranty period is one year. During the warranty period, the quality of the products provided under normal use will be free of charge. After the warranty period, the service will last for a lifetime.
