Introduction:
The HAVC Systems Adjustable Blades Iron Sheet Round Swirl Air Diffuser is a high capacity fixed blade swirl diffuser designed to produce a horizontal, radial air pattern with a turbulent, high entrainment jet characteristic and is ideally suited for applications with high heating or cooling differentials.
The HAVC Systems Adjustable Blades Iron Sheet Round Swirl Air Diffuser is based on the SD model but allows the individual adjustment of blades to create a specifically required air pattern.
The SD Round Swirl Diffuser is also based on the SD model but provides adjustment to the angle of all of the blades in unison in order to create the required air pattern. This can also be controlled remotely with an optional motor.
Both the SD allow a continual adjustment from providing coanda effect to vertical dumping. They are particularly useful in areas that experience a varied thermal load, for example areas that are effected heavily by the changes in season.
Feature:
1 Designed for surface mounting in plaster or other ceiling material where a flat, overlapping border is required
2 The diffuser delivers supply air in a true 360 degree radial horizontal air pattern
3 Inner cone sub-assembly features a special lock arrangement for fast, easy installation and removable without special tools
4 Made in all rectangular shapes for 1,2,3, and 4 way blows to Excellent performance with VAV applications
5 Removable core is standard for maintenance purpose
